booking fp+ and itinery

hi, its not time to book our fp's yet but was looking on mde and clicked on fp it was just showing my dh and no one else and said you need to purchase tickets. is it showing this because it not time to book fp or is there a problem?

also i would like to put in all our parks and dates in advance ready for when we can book our fp how do i do that plz

We just had the same thing happen and I was worried about it, but when your time comes to select your Fastpasses it will open up and show the rest of your family too. Will you be staying on property? I don't think you can select parks or anything until it's time to select your FP+. I could be wrong though, maybe someone else knows that answer?
