If we are planning on heading to DL in March, should I be booking right now? or wait for the new year to see if there are any new promotions that come out?

I think they just started a promotion that runs through visits to DL through end of April. Three days, get the 4th free and I think there's a discount on parkhoppers too.

The current promotions are good through mid-april I believe. So nothing new will come out for your dates in all likelihood. If you want something cancelable, then book room only.

It depends, as mentioned room deals have come out. As have package deals.

Ticket only deals, which you may be interested in if you stay offsite are also out. They are for 3 to 6 day PHs. $20 off a 3 day and the savings increases to $40 off a six day.
