Booking for large party Please help me

I think the term "villa" is a little misleading. They are like suites, but with a kitchen. The buildings look like hotels, the hallways are like hotels. It's just that the units are set up differently than regular hotel rooms. They still are quite nice :)

The only thing that might not work for your party is can your daughter 9 & SIL share a sofa bed in the living room? The master BR has a king bed, and they don't have rollaways, so that leaves the nanny in the room with the triplets & 9yoDD & SIL on the LR sofa.

Have a great trip & good luck finding a deal! If you are flexible about your dates, maybe you can get something later in the summer.

... You will get full housekeeping & room service is available at both BCV & BWV... ]

Chris the lady this morning told me room service in not avail at BCV do you know for sure? She could'nt give me much info except to book the room at the high rate for me. I told her no thanks and will book through expedia if that's what we decide. Does expedia charge you the whole rate or just hold it with your card. Do you know?
Thanks

Gillan: at the BVC there is a queen bed with a sleeper sofa in the 2nd room and a sleeper sofa in the living room. We'll prob. move the sleeper sofa to the living area so two will be in there.

Kity: I'm sorry you could'nt get in they still are avail for July 4th week. BTW/ how was your stay at the HRH i see you visited in April 02. It looks nice was it?
I appreicate everyone's input.

Hi Tammy,

I know without a doubt there is room service at BWV's, I guess it is possible that there might not be room service at the Beach Club, I'd be surprised though.... You could always make a grocery stop on your way to the resort & just pick up whatever incidentals you might need for breakfast or snacks...

Just a reminder that at Beach Club, the second bedroom could have either 2 queens or a queen bed & queen sleep sofa, so if you want a combination bed/sofa, you should make the request when you book....

Expedia does charge one night to your credit card when you book at the promotional rate.

Hope this helps!

There are 2 types of two bedroom units at BCV. Some are "dedicated" 2 bedrooms and they have 2 queen beds in the second bedroom. The other type combines a 1 bedroom with a studio. The studio is then the second bedroom & it has a queen bed & a sleeper sofa. I'm not sure if booking through CRO verses DVC member services determines which one kind you get.

I've seen the models for the BCVs and I'm honestly not sure if you could fit the 2 sofas in the living room. You would not have room to unfold them, for sure! Compared to offsite condos, the DVC units are really small.

Another idea is to bring a twin size air mattress for your older daughter. The aero beds are really comfortable!

:) I booked a 2 bedroom villa at the BC. I did it by renting points from a member and saved about $1000 dollars over the Disney rate. We are paying extra to have the rooms cleaned daily. When you use points you don't get daily maid service. E-mail with and?s. samanthaloureiro@yahoo.com
