booking for fd online

Common site behavior whenever a new discount is offered by Disney. The phones are swamped as well.

UGH...yes same here....this morning when I did get on for a few minutes there was hardly anything for my dates....I didn't know what to do and now I cant even get on......do rooms ever open up later?

Not really open up, but people change and cancel which opens things up.

I booked using my iPhone and kept making changes. Never had one issue. Maybe using mobile devices has different platform and not prone to crashing as much.

I was able to just book online. It took several attempts but I finally got in...

Just got on and almost everything was gone for room discounts. I ended up getting my third choice. I can't believe how fast they went. Either there was a booking frenzy or they didn't release that many rooms.

When I first logged in this morning I was looking at a lot of different options, between Room Only discount and Free Dining, from what I saw there doesn't appear to have been as many rooms released for the FD deal as there had been in the past. Most of the hotels, though not all, didn't appear to have Standard rooms available, only preferred rooms.

There were a bunch on open rooms at 7:00 am at POR. It did take a couple of times to get through to the confirmation page. I already had mine booked but wanted to see first if I could add FD.

I booked online this afternoon without any problems.

I was able to book earlier today (30 Apr), and there were still quite a few resorts available for my date (check in on 31 Oct). Ideally, I'd prefer the week after Thanksgiving (been twice that week), but it's not one of the selected weeks. I hope Jersey Week won't be too bad!
