booking for family member online

anyone know if we can book a reservation online for a family member. My bro and his family wants to go next month, when i go online to book, it ask for my name. No where does it ask for the person i'm booking for.
Do I have to call in for the reservation.

You can go onto the DVC member site and submit a reservation request form, but it doesn't give you any indication of whether or not you got the resv. You're much better off calling Member Services where they can tell you right then, if your dates are available and give you a confirmation code when booking.

If you do chose to go the on line route, you can always send an e-mail to MS later and "update" the name on the ressie. I've added/subtracted/corrected mispellings on names that way.
