Booking flights December 2014

Hi all

You guys have been so helpful that I wanted to ask another question.

I've been on Virgin's website and currently they are only taking bookings up to April/May 2014.

Do they release later dates as a block, or is it simply a rolling release (i.e. will have to wait 7-8 months to book Dec 2014 flights)?

Also, those of you who upgraded to Premium Economy, how much did you pay and was it worth it?

Around 11 months from return date they go on sale

Are you talking about Virgin Holidays or Virgin Atlantic? Virgin Holidays have flydrives on sale up to December 2014 but you have to phone, they aren't bookable through the website (I think this is to stop people being able to refuse the insurance and not pay for the extra week, since you only get 7 days' car hire with flydrive bookings).

With Virgin Atlantic, as the PP stated the flights for December 2014 will only be available in January 2014.

I was talking about Virgin Atlantic, as we are building a custom holiday, so a package from them would not be suitable I think (current plan to stay 5-6 weeks, first 5 nights onsite at Disney, then villa + maybe short trip to the Keys).
