Booking Flights and Hotels

Now for January 2017 isn't possible.... So how do I go about even starting to plan or budget, etc...

You can call Disney and get room rates for specific dates. You can book the rooms and then once the dates are available for packages, you can add those parts. I've been playing around with numbers for January 2017 and am using a non-holiday time frame in February/March 2016 and making packages. That's giving me a ball-park figure. I know the price will go up slightly, but it won't be enough to blow our budget out of the water. I'm also keeping in mind deals that Disney tends to run for January, March, and April.
