Booking Five (One Age Two) in Moderate under AP Best Rate

I thought five was allowed in all moderates, as long as one is under age three. However, when I went to book under the annual passholder best rate program, it would not let me book the moderates with three children. Am I wrong about the age cutoff? Or am I just supposed to list the older children?

I'm not sure but I think POR is the only moderate that will take five because they have trundle beds. Can anyone confirm?

PS - enjoy your trip - POR is really nice if you decide to go with it.
 
Unless things have changed recently, all the moderates should be able to handle 5 if one is under three. I think that there is a glitch in the on-line system that prevents it, however. Is on-line the only way to book the best rate program? Could you book without the youngest and then add him/her on either by phone or when you get there? Maybe they could tell you how to handle it if you call.

Thanks for the replies. I went ahead and booked online listing just the two older children. There wasn't sufficient space (limited to 29 characters) to request medical needs, so I checked the box requesting disability accommodation. When they replied about that, I asked if they might also be able to add the little one to our room reservation. So I think we should be all set now. Appreciate your help!
