Going Oct 30th at AK...So can I book for whole trip 8/30?

Yes you should be able to book FP's for your entire trip.

With a 10/30 check-in date, your 60 day window opens on 8/31.

If you have MYW tickets, you will only be able to make FP+ selections for the number of days available on the ticket.
If you have APs, you can make FP+ selections for everyday of the reservation.

I'm booked at AK and poly 10/31-11/6 but when I check FP on MDE it only let's me book 30 days out vs 60?

It will only show the 30 days until you actually reach 60 days out from your reservation when it will then allow you to book the FP's. For a check in on 10/31 that will be on 9/1 that you can reserve the FP's. And you do have to have your room reservation linked to your MDE account.

If you want seven dwarfs mine train, make sure you book it first thing!!! I was only able to get it once....was shut out all other days, but I keep trying.
