Booking excursions and onboard activities

We are a family group in 4 rooms. Several of us from each room want to do the same tasting and dolphin swim. Can I book them for us all or does someone from each room have to do it?

Sorry to hijack a little but is this true no matter status? We have three rooms, two of the rooms have silver status and we can book tomorrow but our third room is all newbies. Will I be able to do all of them tomorrow because we are linked or will we have to wait until the 75 days to do the third room? Thanks soo much for your help!

While the silver room can book all linked persons, they can't be booked until their window opens.
