Booking DVC as exchange thru II

I own a timeshare in New Hampshire and am a member of Interval International. Last week I booked (exchange) a 1 bedroom at BCV thru II. I've only gotten DVC once (OKW in Jan) in the past several years. Just out of curiosity I've been checking II and since booking I've seen 3 more DVCs come up between Jan and March (all studios, 1 BCV and 2 BWV I think). The week I booked is NH's February school vacation week (2/24-3/3).

No questions or anything; just wanted to note how surprised I am at the # of DVC units I've seen in a short timeframe.

We're heading to POP Wednesday, so I'll have to take the kids by the Beach Club so they can see where we're staying in February!

I guess it just depends on if DVC members trade out to other places besides Disney. I think more people are wanting to go to destinations they can drive to (instead of the hassle of flying). We just received an AC (bonus week) from Interval for a Branson deposit we gave II. I was extremely surprised we got an AC, but Branson is a place most people drive to. So I guess demand is up.

I've noticed more than normal availability for Hawaii lately on Interval when I search. I kind of wonder if it's because people aren't wanting to fly? It's interesting how availability changes through II.

I see units all the time for WDW. Usually Jan, Feb, May, late Aug, Sept, Oct, early Nov, and the first 3 weeks of Dec. Most are studios and 1 BR and most at OKW or SSR. HH is usually Nov to mid March other than Xmas and VB is May, Sep to just before Xmas.
