Hi

I notice a lot of people seem to book their hotels directly through Disney. Is this the best way to do it? Does it work out cheaper booking a room direct through Disney than say using Expedia ?

Just a quick question, thanks.

I found the best way was to order the latest official brochure which has a price grid in it and compare prices on Expedia.

Expedia is good in that you can book room only (without passes) whereas the Dis rooms include passes. This would be good if you wanted the room for more days than the passes eg if you were intending spening a few days in Paris as well. Or if you plan to buy an Ap when you arrive.

If you already have an AP it is often better value to book through Dis direct as you can often get a discount with AP. WE found it cheaper to book our Christmas and Easter trip through Dis with Ap discount rather than Expedia.

We've always booked direct with Disney & welcome the fact that passes are included.
