Booking DHS restaurants for Night of Joy nights??

I just got off the phone with Disney Dining. I wanted to book Sat, Sept 6, at 50's. But, I couldn't. The CM said they were blocked from booking any dinners at DHS for both Friday and Sat nights! I asked why, she didn't know. I suggested it might be due to NoJ those nights. She didn't have any idea as to when we could book for those nights. So, I booked LeCellier instead, but wanted 50's.
Have any of you had a similar exerience and what was the outcome? I know that this is the first year for NoJ being in DHS. Did this happen last year when it was at MK? Just curious.

If I remember correctly,the day that they announced that tickets were on sale for NOJ I was able to book The PLaza at MK for the Friday night. I bet that's why the computer wouldn't let you book 50's,since the tickets aren't on sale yet.

That's what I figured, but I can't understand why NoJ would impact ADRs in the late afternoon, early evening. But, there's no figuring out the system that Disney uses!
