Sounds like booking a cabin is a long proccess once you get a CM. Sounds like the CM takes your info and then calls DCL. is that the way it works and repeats it to a DCL CM?

Yes. Not really a long process though.

We had to transfer my points into DH's account, and considering that I felt she was pretty speedy. I could hear her keying all my info into the computer and then she made the call which was smooth, just had to come back to me once regarding the show times.

Once you get a live person, I would guess it was about 15 minutes tops for the whole booking.

Been calling with 3 phone lines since 8 AM and finally got through to the music wait time. Only one problem - cell phone battery is going dead. Please hurry cast member, my luck they will say "welcome home" as my phone shuts down with no power.

Frustrated greetings!

I've been dialing 2 phones since 8AM and still no luck. Now I'm working 3 phones. Hope I don't hit the disconnect accidentally if I ever get thru I 'm not going to be too fussy about category as it is just me and my DH. Hoping for the best.
