Booking date question

I remember a post about how the time for booking FP+s varied from midnight to 1am on some days ... does that only apply to FP+s, or to ADRs as well? My booking date is next week and I want to be prepared if I'll need to wait longer. (Also need to know how I would even find that out!)

Dining reservations:
Online 6 AM Eastern Time
Phone 7 AM Eastern Time

And just for reference FP+ is now at midnight eastern time regardless of when the MK closes.

Thanks, I can't believe I forgot that dining reservations were 6am (because I'm NEVER up that early and would think I would remember!! LOL)
