We are nearing the 180 day mark to book CRT and just wanted to get a few tips first so I do not mess it up

1) What is the phone number - I will be calling from a mobile as we are away for the week
2) Is it 180 days from the day you are eating there or is it 180 days from the first day you are at Disney?
3) We are looking at doing the princess meal at Epcot as well, is this overkill?

Thanks

hi ...The number for disney dining is 001 407 9393463 :thumbsup2

Don't listen to all the speil on the automated message as soon as you here them ask a question ...press1...then with the next question 1 again...this cuts out a lot...you won't have to bother trying to get the computer to recognise you typing your phone number in. :confused3

Have a try the day before...to see how this works...it will save time on the day.

Don't worry too much about CRT I think its no way as hard to get now as it used to be...but if you want 8am or close to this ring bang on 12am our time.
In fact start dialling at 11.55am and keep pressing redial. :wizard:

I don't think its overkill to do both...We are doing both...as well as sleeping beauty tea party and alice in wonderland tea party. :teeth:

Good luck. :wizard:

Oh..forgot to add...its 180 days from the day you arrive at disney..if you are staying on site.

we did both CRT and PSB at Epcot - my DD who was nearly 5 loved them both

...the PSB was hosted by Sleeping Beauty (this may vary) and there were some different princesses to the CRT meal....overall we thought it was well worth doing both...though the food and atmosphere were slightly better at CRT.

PS We rang up for the PSB breakfast only a week before we went - good luck with your ressies :thumbsup2

I think if you have a little princess then 2 meals with them would be a dream come true, but may be a bit OTT for adults. We'll just be doing one as I think my bf's brain would melt from 2 princess meals *lol* We are going to CP and maybe Ohana aswell though, need to narrow it down and check which will be the most veggie friendly. CP is definite though, they have lots of tofu on the menu :thumbsup2

Hi lizzybear..Iam from Liverpool too. :sunny:

Thanks for the replies

Yep, I guess we will be doing both. DD (4) and DD (11) will enjoy both. The younger one the most.

I hope I have worked out the 180 day thing correctly. We depart on 3 Feb next year for AKL so I need to book this Sunday

We've managed to get Cinderellas Table every time we've tried (3 times). We usually book it for our first full day in Florida - Magic Kingdom plus Cinderellas Table is the perfect way to start your holiday - especially if you've got an early reservation as it means you get early entry to the Park and get to see the characters when there are not many people around. Unfortunately the first time we went the first Character we saw on entering the park was the witch from Cinderella and my daughter burst into tears!

A good tip we always use is to have another person from your party (or a relative or friend) to ring and book at the same time as you - if you fail to get a reservation then they may be successful. If you both get a reservation you can always ring back later in the day and cancel. You will have to check the situation with credit cards as I think the person who makes the booking has to turn up at the Castle although this may have changed.

You have to pay in full for the CRT when you book it now, and I'm not sure if you can cancel without penalty...if you can, you do not get very long to do so...so just becareful :)

I agree with MARTINUS though, an early ressie, pre park opening (8am ish), is fantastic on your first day.....you should be wide awake very early anyway, because of the time difference so you wouldn't struggle to make it. Worth it for the great photos of a near empty park and loads of time to do rides before the crowds build up after your breakie. :thumbsup2
