Booking CRT for a Large Group

I'm a bit over a month away from the reservation window, so I realized I better figure this out before the window opens.

We have 3 families traveling together -- 4+3+3, so 10 people total.

We'd like to be seated together. So first question, can they accommodate a party of 10 at CRT?

More importantly, what's the best way to book it, since it has to be pre-paid...
If I were to book for all 10, and then get reimbursed by the other 2 families (not preferable), would each family still be able to get their own photo package? Or just 1 photo package per reservation?

If all 3 families called on the same day to book separately (and pay separately), could we all request that the reservations be linked to the same table?

your best bet is to make reservation for everyone at the same time. I would call the grand gathering phone line as you are a party over 7. Are you all on the dinning plan, if so, they will be able to book CRT using your dinning plan and only require a cc for guarantee purpose in case you don't show up. However keep in mind that you might not be sitting at the same table as they can only accommodate so many big groups. It's a small dining hall.

That won't work... As of now, none of us will be on the dining plan, unless they offer free dining. At least one family is staying offsite... and truthfully, we may all stay off site.

So if I do call and make the reservations for everyone at the same time though, would we be able to get 3 photo packages?

(While not preferable, I do trust the other families well enough to reimburse me if I put the charge on my credit card).

We have a party of 11 and I'm curious if anyone has recent info. on this. Since the online system has opened, I've read that people are unable to get reservations online for parties larger than 6. In years past, when you could only make ADRs on the phone, we've always had ADRs for our party or 11~ seated at one large table once, and separate tables together twice. I'm thinking we may do 2 ADRs this yr so we can make them online~ and stop by the podium a few hrs before and ask if we can be seated together~ shouldn't be a problem. Since online ADRs open up an hour before phone lines~ I don't want to chance losing availability. anyone with recent large party ADRs for CRT?
oh~ BTW~ Grand Gatherings are only for parties of 8 or more... so 7 wouldn't work anyway.

It's one package per 4 people so you will have 3 photos since your above 8 peoples

You are right, it's impossible to make reservation for parties greater then 6 online. I have tried and tried over again. You can call them and they will make the reservation for you. I know that for our party of 8, we have 2 reservations. The other thing you can do, is do 2 seperate reservation online with 2 differents person as the contact person but take it for the same time then when you get to the podium as to be seated near one other if possible.
