Booking CRT & Akershus for 4 yr old b-day - Breakfast or Lunch?

I just finished getting some ADRs made - including CRT for lunch on Fri. 5/21 and Akershus for Breakfast on Sat. 5/22 (mainly since breakfast is American and Lunch/Dinner was Norwegian menu). I hoping to to do BBB the morning of 5/21 as well. Thoughts on this? Or is breakfast/lunch/dinner better at these two? Thanks for your input!

The food is way better at breakfast than it it lunch. We've done both in the past year and wouldn't do lunch again. The food isn't really Norweign (pulled pork sandwich, really?) and it took forever for the Princesses to come around. It was almost an hour into our lunch before we saw the first Princess.

I haven't been to CRT but in December we went to Akershus for breakfast with my DD and DNiece, they loved it. My DH, Mom, brother, SIL and I all agreed that the food was very good and adored seeing the girls with the princesses. It was a great way to start off a long day in Epcot, none of us even mentioned lunch, we were so full. When I asked my DD which meal she liked the best and would want to do again, this is the one she picked. Good luck with planning and enjoy your trip.

Thanks, I'm pleased with my selection for breakfast that morning at Akershus to start off the day at Epcot. Any comments on CRT for lunch?

I am planning on Akershus for breakfast at 8AM for our trip in September. Regarding CRT, I'm still undecided if I want to use 2 TS credits for it (IF free dining is offered). I had thought about doing breakfast since we're planning on BBB at 8AM, but it seems that more people prefer lunch over breakfast at CRT. So, if we do CRT, I'm thinking we'll do lunch. HTH.
Also, we're celebrating my DD's 4th birthday while we're there. We're going just a few days of her birthday because the rates were cheaper, though .
