We check into BWV standard view studio for 2 nights on Sunday. I went to do online check-in and see that my reservation has been changed to a HA room with a roll in shower.
I made this reservation in Sept last year and it does not show an HA room reserved.
Now I know that someone has to take the HA rooms when not booked, but why did they change the reservation? I called MS and the CM did call the resort and of course no other standard rooms are available. She claims the resort changed the reservation since that is all that was available.
So when the resorts start assigning rooms we can see if we are given an HA room? Or, I also wonder about the recent IT upgrade to cover HA rooms. MS has been known to "play" with real memberships when testing the system.
I decided to not do the online check-in and see if I can get it changed when at the desk. Doing online check-in may indicate that I approve the change.
