Booking Castaway Cay excursions Question

If we want to rent bikes and a 4 person paddle boat, should I pre book this or wait till we board?

If you suggest prebooking, can I do that online or can my Travel agent help me?

I rented a bike at Castaway Cay, and personally, I waited until I was there because I wanted to see what the weather was like before I rented. I was able to get a bike right away, although there was a family of five or so that had to wait because they needed specific kinds of bikes. I don't know how they handle it to make sure they have enough bikes for reservations, since they did not want me to check in when I returned, so I guess I could have kept the bike for a long time (don't know what I would have done with it for a long time, though).

I don't know if you can book excursions (these rentals count as excursions) via the Internet - anyone? I looked at the Disney website and couldn't find anything but a list of excursions and phone/fax number, so I printed them out and then called, and reserved our St. Thomas excursion on the phone. I was afraid they'd make me take the extra step of going back to my travel agent to book, but they didn't.

You can only reserve the paddle boats that day when you get to Castaway Cay. They do not take reservations for those boats.
