Booking Bouncebacks while staying at Campsites

I posted this in the resort discounts thread, then realized, DUH, there's a campground thread! So I thought I'd post here as well, in the hopes that someone can help!

I'm trying to help a friend with her trip planning, but she is staying at the campground, and I am unfamiliar with how things work there.
She will be staying at the campground in September this year, and she wants to know if she will be able to book a bounceback (assuming there is one) for free dining next year. I know you can do so if you're staying in a regular room, and you have to call from your room phone before you check out. But how would that work at a campsite? There aren't phones from which to make the call.
Can someone who has previously booked a BB from the campground please tell me how to guide her?
TIA!

BB offers, whatever they may be, are in the info packet guests receive when they check in. However campsite guests do not receive campsite BB offers. We are stuck with resort room BB offers. They may or may not include FD.

Have your friend call the front desk at the number listed on the BB sheet in the packet. Obviously they can verify the caller is currently a Fort guest and eligible for a BB.

Ps - the Fort is one of the few Disney resorts that is not the receiver of BB offers. It is so popular there is no BB and maybe only one RO discount offered annually.

I think they would be looking for a BB offer for the resorts, or at least, that's how I interpreted our conversation.
So it is ok that the BB would be for the resorts. I'm just confused about how they can phone from their room like the brochures always stipulate.
You're saying they can call from their phone to the number on the brochure, but I've only ever seen the 4-digit number you use on a room phone.

Or they can stop by the front desk.

Or they can call from a house phone anywhere on Fort property.

The instructions are on the BB offer. I got back last month and didnt keep it. But we have folks there now who might answer. There have been BB offers and they are hotel room offers of some type.

Ps - Disney is not going to pass up an opportunity to make a buck.

1) She can book a campsite 500 nights in advance.
2) But, WDW does not give Bounce Back Discounts on campsites.
. . . the site are too popular to have to discount them
. . . in fact, ANY discount on a campsite is hard to find
