No, I booked my bounceback before I left the property, but they did let me add another room to my bounceback reservation after I left.

It's pretty much a case of "too bad, so sad" if you don't book during your stay. They will allow the addition of more rooms (it was a max of three last year) once you're home, but otherwise they hold firm and fast to you booking while at WDW.
