Booking BBB online?

Does anyone know if you can book BBB online? The date I wanted just opened up but when I click on it, it says "no available appointments". So I went back two weeks and it says that every day?!?! Can you ever book it online? I plan on calling when they open but for future planning sake I was wondering if you ever are able to? And if the calendar is correct about not having appointments?

How about Fantasmic desert packages? Are you ever able to book those online at the 30 day mark or do you still have to call?

I don't know about F!, but I do know you have to call the BBB line directly to make reservations (they also do them for Disney 365). I couldn't do it online, and neither vacation planning or the dining line could do it for me. Only calling directly worked for me.
