We've bought at the resorts we want to stay at, but DS/DDiL have asked for a HHI vacation.
I've booked Vero for them, but the HHI will be more points.
So at 7 months + 1 day, I figure I will call to see if VB is still available, and if so, I will cancel, so that at 7 months, when I call, there's no "wait time." If VB is not available, I will leave the reservation as is, and at 7 months see if HHI is, and then make the switch. (I will hope that I have a CM who doesn't lose both reservations
) Now, it's the first night at HHI that is the extra points over the VB. Can I say to the CM, use my BCV points for only the first night and then use the VB points for the rest of the stay and still book the whole 6 night reservation that day? All my points are in one contract, different decimal numbers, so no transferring is involved,
Thank you
Bobbi
PS. I've thought of just telling them that MAYBE they can go to HHI but for fewer days, but if I can do this, then OK.
