Booking AP room question

So I have already booked a trip for myself, DW and DD for the Memorial Day weekend. We are annual passholders so we got a discount for the room, and booked room only. We have decided to take our niece, a non-passholder. Can we just add her and buy her tickets either when we get there or in advanced or separately?

I would add her to your room and purchase her tickets now, so that you can link her to your My Magic+/MDX. Since she lacks an AP, she needs an, on property, Resort Reservation to pre-book PastPass+. This way you can organize FastPass+ 60 days in advance, for the whole group. Otherwise she will have to go to FP+ kiosks after you arrive at the park.

You know that there are no longer paper FastPasses right? Hopefully you have opened that can of worms.

Oh yeah very familar with the FP+, count me as happy about it....(can of worms officially open). I just wanted to double check I was thinking correctly that I could just add her as it is room only reservation as opposed to a package deal where everyone in the room needs the same package.

There might be an up-charge to add an adult to the room. I don't remember at what the age they start to charge additional occupancy. We added my brother-in-law, for a fee, so that he could do Extra Magic Hour.

The additional fee for the third adult starts at age 18.
