Booking and paying for 2 different cruises at a time

I’ve already booked the 9 day Alaska cruise for July (did that today). I’m also looking at going to Castaway Cay for 2024 NYE. Since DCL is offering a discount on cruise deposits, can I put down a deposit for a NYE cruise and be paying for both cruises simultaneously or is that frowned upon?

Why would they frown on it? We do it all the time through our TA.

You can book and make payments towards as many cruises as you can afford. Payments are made to each reservation, so it shouldn't be an issue for DCL. You'd just need to keep your own records to keep track of how much you've paid towards each and what the PIF dates are.

We just did a B2B. We had the second half of the 2 cruises scheduled first and later decided to add the three nights cruise for the dates before the original reservation. I just paid off the first date before working on paying off the second half.
