Booking AirTran thru Southwest baggage question

I just booked a trip for June-July, I booked it thru Southwesr but will be flying on AirTran, so does Southwest free baggage apply to this flight?

I booked our flight through them as well. Since you booked the flight through Southwest their rules apply. So you will not be charged for the bags.
