Booking air travel after cruise

I am looking for suggestions as to what time I should book my return flight to LGA from MCO after returning from a 4-night Disney Cruise? My family and I have late seating so we will be leaving the ship by 9 am.

Disney suggests nothing before 12:30, and I would have to agree with that...

You can get off the ship by 9:00 am, and get to MCO, get through security, and to your gate in time...

If it is earlier, then you stand a good chance of missing the flight..

Thank you Mommasita for your response. I was debating between a 2 pm and a 4:30 pm flight. With your information...the 2 pm should be fine.
