We will be cruising concierge for our honeymoon on a 5 night double dip. I'm preparing my email to concierge to ask them to book things in advance. Should I consider anything else? I don't think we would want anything at the Spa.

Atlantis Aquaventure Full Day
Parasailing on CC
Run sandbar excursion on CC
Palo dinner
Remy dinner?
Mixology class
Transport from cruise to airport

For Palo/ Remy, what is the best night for it? Pirate night or our at sea day which is the last day?

A cabana on Castaway Cay. That's the most sought-after (and expensive) item of all. Usually only concierge guests are able to snag one, due to advance booking.

I'm assuming your double-dip is on Fantasy. If so, you can also book the Be Our Chef experience in Palo. Here's the desciption sent to me by the Concierge team :

Palo - Be Our Chef is a premium, adult only cooking and dining experience. Participants will have the opportunity to work in the Palo kitchen, receiving individual guidance from the Palo Chef as they prepare a three course Italian meal. Following the hands on preparation, participants will then sit down with the Chef to enjoy their culinary creations.

Exclusive to the Disney Fantasy, each Palo – Be Our Chef experience will be offered from 11am – 2pm and will occur once per sailing. On Eastern Caribbean itineraries this experience will be offered during our call in Tortola and on Western Caribbean itineraries it will take place during our call in Falmouth.

This experience costs $279 per person (includes gratuities) and is limited to 8 participants age 18+ per sailing
.

Be sure to ask in a first email, before your booking window, the available choices (days and times) for the CC excursions and mixology class. That way, you'll be able to request them specifically if there are multiple options.

BTW, congrats on your wedding. Have a great honeymoon !
