Having all your dining arrangements made ahead of time is an excellent way to be certain that you will be eating in the restaurants of your choice! I think it's a great way to structure your holiday. No disapointments, and if you choose to eat elsewhere, you can simply cancel the ADR.
As for being a Disney nut? Well, what makes you think you'd be different than the rest of us?
In a few days I should have my "which park which day" planned, and then I can finalize my ADR spreadsheet. We might not make it to every ADR if our plans change, but that's Ok, they can be cancelled. But at least we know we have something for each park day, especially as there will be 5, sometimes 7, of us.
I've got my ADR possibilities in a spreadsheet with first choice day, second choice day and other options. The first choice option corresponds with the park I really want to visit each day, the second choice and other options correspond with my second/third best guess of which park we'd visit on which day (according to EMH schedule and personal preference, plus a little help from TGM!).
Today I figured out that 190 days for us is already coming up near the end of November. I thought I'd have months to figure this all out!! I'm having a great time researching all of the dining options.. and there are alot to choose from! I'm an overplanner...so this is awesome for me.
WDW is still too far for me, though....HAPPY PLANNING
