Booking ADR's on internet

Hi,

We have finally reached our date where we can start booking ADR's.

The travel agent we are using recently updated our booking to free dining. I have however tried to go online tonight using the free dining and book a character meal and the following message has come up:

We were unable to confirm your resort reservation. You may continue to search and book available dining locations online without associating your dining plan. However, for pre-paid locations (Cinderellas Royal Table, Disneys Spirit of Aloha Dinner Show, Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue, Mickeys Backyard BBQ) or if you are trying to book more than 180 days before the first day of your vacation, please call Disney Dining at (407) WDW-DINE (939-3463).

Does anyone know what this might mean??

It may be due to a credit-card being required for some of the dining reservations now. What was the location?

I could not do our Mama Melrose Fantasmic package online and had to ring to make that reservation.

i had the same problem last week but i called and they booked everything i wanted on the phone it only took 10 mins and we got all the times we wanted including mama melrose fantasmic package
