I am scheduled to book my ADR's Monday for September and can't wait!! I usually book online but with the system the way it is, I am going to call. I am going to book them in the following order and just wanted to see if you all agreed:

At 6:00 am, I booked our arrival night dinner ('Ohana) online - you can book exactly 180 days out. You just can't book 180+10. So, at 7:00 am, I called & booked our other ADRs. So, on Monday, you should be able to book your arrival day ADR online at 6:00 am.
At 7:00 am when I called, I booked ours in the following order:
CRT (dinner) - this is for our 2nd night & I was able to get the exact time I wanted
BoG (dinner) - this is for our 10th night & I only had a choice of 2 times (4:55 or 8:30 - I wanted 5:30, but I took the 4:55) - probably should have booked this one first, but I was thinking, since it was for our 10th night (I was only "competing" w/ the other 180+10 people it would be okay) & since CRT was for our 2nd night, I was more concerned about CRT, if that makes sense
Crystal Palace (lunch) - got an ADR within 10 minutes of the time I wanted
Chef Mickey's (breakfast) - got the exact time I wanted
Garden Grill (dinner) - got an ADR within 5 minutes of the time I wanted
Mama Melrose's Fantasmic Lunch Package (lunch) - got the exact time I wanted
Sci-Fi (lunch) - got a time 40 minutes later than I wanted - this one surprised me a little - it's for the 4th day of our trip
Yak & Yeti (dinner) - got the exact time I wanted
Chefs de France (dinner) - got the exact time I wanted
Liberty Tree Tavern (lunch) - got the exact time I wanted
Here's the order we're actually dining at the restaurants: 'Ohana, CRT, Garden Grill, Sci-Fi, Crystal Palace, Yak & Yeti, Mama Melrose, Chef Mickey's, Chefs de France, Be Our Guest, Liberty Tree Tavern
Depending on the actual order of when you're eating at the restaurants, I might switch Chef Mickey's & Tusker House - if you're eating at Tusker House before you're eating at Chef Mickey's, you might think about doing it first.
If California Grill is taking ADRs, I'd probably put it after Le Cellier - especially if there's a specific time you're wanting.
And I might consider Cape May before Chefs de France - which one are you eating at first? And is there a specific time you want for Chefs?
In addition to the restaurant popularity, I think a lot also depends on the order you're eating at the restaurants - you're going to be competing w/ more people for ADRs for the ADR times at the beginning of your trip than you are for the ADRs at the end of your trip.
But I'd definitely do Be our Guest first - Our BoG ADR is for our 10th night, & I only had 2 choices of times - neither really all that close to my desired time.
