Booking ADR's from home

I have been trying to made ADR's for our June vacation. What time of day can I call? Are the Disney reservationists available 24/7?

The phones open at 7am Eastern Time, and I believe its 7 days a week. Not sure when they close, maybe 10pm?

Allears' site gives hours of 7-10 PM, 7 days a week with the exception of Christmas and New Year's eves when they close at 8 PM.
