Booking ADRs at Restaurants

Can anyone tell me which restaurants I can book ahead please. How far ahead can I book and what is the 'phone number?

We go in August, our first ever visit to Disneyland!

Character Meals:

Goofy's Kitchen (DLH)
Storyteller's Cafe (GCH)
Lilo & Stitch (PP)
Princesses at Ariel's (DCA)
Minnie & Friends (Plaza Inn in DL)

Wine Country Tratorria in DCA
Vineyard Room at the Winery in DCA

You can book 60 days in advance I believe. (714) 781-DINE, or (714) 781-3463

That number is: 714-781-DINE (3463). You can also book all the Downtown Disney restaurants with the exception of Rainforest Cafe (Disney Dining will gladly give you that separate number if you need it). Also there are several non character meal restaurants at the three resorts that take Priority Seatings (they still call them that at DL vs. WDW's ADR's). Oh, and you will not receive confirmation numbers for your prs' which is sort of annoying. And why I always confirm before my trip and then again once I get there. Without those confirmation numbers its my word against their's if there is a screwup!
