We book our ADRs next Saturday and I'm a little overwhelmed. I have a "plan" in place on my order of booking:

CRT, Chef Mickey's, F!, 1900 Fare, Crystal Palace, Tusker House, Coral Reef

I have at least 2-3 different options for each and a 2-3 hour window we are looking at eating.

Am I on the right path for being less stessed on booking day?

In a word, yep!

Though, CRT can move down in the priority, and if looking for breakfast TH can move up (though, with the new character lunch there, it will likely relieve some of the weight off of the breakfast there). CP, if you're looking for that early breakfast, should probably move up a few notches, and F! should probably be top.

Your doing good...some ideas for character breakfast also is Hollywood and vine in HS and Cape May has Goofy and friends for breakfast (and dinner there great but no characters) also Norway has one with Princess as well but have not been there and Chef Mickeys we had eliminated last three trips as food and service were not good at all. it was always a must do for us for one meal or the other each trip and then went downhill..
O Hana's has characters for breakfast and is family style and dinner is great and they have games for the kids then:banana:.we have had some fun times at Whispering Canyons at Wl (just take boat form MK to WL) no characters but servers are a hoot at any meal and they also have things for kids to do...want steak? Kona's in the Poly is really good...just some ideas for you:surfweb:
