booking activities with respect to ticketed events

(I already asked this on another thread, but I think it might be been tangential to the original topic so I'm starting a new thread.)

Does anyone know when any of the following events take place on a 7-night cruise on Disney Fantasy?

Royal Court Royal Tea
Disney Jr. character breakfast
Frozen meet & greet
Princess Gathering

I looked at the past Navigators on the Disney Cruise Blog but didn't see the actual events listed on the schedules. I just saw when and where to pick up tickets for the events. How do you know when these events actually take place prior to booking other activities?

My booking window opens in a few days and I'd like to be able to book my granddaughter's Bibity Bobity Boutique appointment on Royal Court Royal Tea day or maybe Princess Gathering day. I'd also like to avoid booking any appointments or activities that might conflict with the Charachter Breakfast or other "must-do".

On our Eastern Fantasy, the character breakfast was offered the first two mornings. The princess and frozen were in the mornings on sea days. Monday and Thursday, I believe. We went Thursday morning to the meet and greets (we had like 10a for princesses and 11a for frozen). I can't help on the Tea since we didn't do that one. I never saw them listed in the navigator or the app, so I'm not sure you will know before you board.

Royal Tea- When your booking window opens you will be able to see what time(s) this will be available for your cruise.

Disney Jr Breakfast - Times will be different depending on the cruise Eastern vs Western

Princess meets- times may also change per cruise depending on when Princess' are available

The Frozen and Princess Gathering meet and greets were held at a variety of times on the sea days. I got in line as soon as we boarded and was originally offered tickets around 11:00am on the first sea day, but I had my Palo brunch scheduled for that time so they gave us times in the afternoon. I think it was around 2:00pm. Our time for the Princess Gathering was immediately after the Anna and Elsa meet.

there are multiple times for breakfast. They do a group every 30 or 45 minutes. They use one section of the restaurant and then another section has a later start then the clear the first and seat a new group. So, multiple times in the morning.

Thanks everyone, I didn't realize there would be multiple offerings of some things. That raises my tolerance for ambiguity considerably. LOL!
Now... To get my beauty rest so I can stay up until midnight Sunday to check in and book activities!
