Booking a trip today - ?? about ADRs - +10??

If I call and book a 5-night trip, checking in on Sept 4, when can I book my ADRs? The Dining Calc says I can book ADRs for 9/4 on 3/8, but what about this plus 10 thing? What exactly does that mean? Does that mean I can book ADRs today for my trip?

The 180+10 means that on 3/8 you can make ADR's for 9/4 and the next 10 days of your stay.

Thank you! I am so glad I asked. I had it in my head that +10 meant that I could book 10 days earlier than the calculator date. This most certainly saved me from a confusing phone conversation with a dining reservationist.
