Booking a tour and waiting times

My DBF is on the phone now, trying to book the Segway tour in Epcot. I'm just wondering if the wait time on the phone is usually accurate? He's just spent 13 minutes waiting before he hung up when they said it would be less then 15 minutes. And then he immediately rings up again. I told him it wasn't a good idea to just hang up when it's so close to his turn, but he reckons it might be quicker to just try again...

Yeah that's the number that was listed on the website. He got through after waiting for about 15 mins the 2nd time, they said the wait was less then 9 minutes then. But at least we got the tour on the day we wanted

Does anyone know an email adress I could use to contact Disney about a tour booking? As mentioned, the tour is booked, but we were told we would get a confirmation email when we booked two days ago, and hasn't received any yet. We don't really want to spend any more money calling to the US...

Never had any confirmation emails for tours - what tour did you book?

We booked the Segway tour at Epcot, think it's called Around the World or something. It was my DBF who called, and the lady he was talking with said she would send a confirmation email. He's just a bit worried that she might have gotten his email adress wrong, as he had to spell it out 7 times.

I wouldn't worry as long as you turn up with photo ID you will be fine

We have doen that tour and never had a confirmation Email either. As Tracy says, as long as you have photo ID and your confirmation number (if she gave it to you), no problem
