Booking a Room Online From "Discount" Site.

A few last minutes changes came up and we had to change our vacation plans from Maine to our favorite vacation location DISNEY WORLD. It is My wife (26) her best friend (26) and I (29). In the past three visits we have always stayed at one of the deluxe resorts, this time we didn't want to spend a lot of time at a resort (it is a short 5 day trip) so we set out to book a value resort. The only thing we could find for a value resort was All Star Music (not the problem) we ending up having to book it through Cheap Tickets (we have always booked through Disney directly) and that is the concern we have, I have used them before for many flights. All we received from them was some internal confirmation number and a few details about cancellations and such. We called the hotel and they told us to call back about 4 days in advance to verify our reservations. Am I paranoid or should I have reasons to be concerned about not having a room when we arrive. Also since we are going to use the room mostly for sleeping and showering, will we regret staying at All Star Music? (We have never even seen this Resort in person)
