Please help if you have personal experience with this. We have scheduled a trip for DH's 30th birthday for April 16-23 at the WL (originally at the AKL). 4/16 is in peak season, and the rest of our trip is in regular season.
I currently am on a somewhat winter resort discount code, as I had to switch a reservation from the week prior at AKL to WL when a conflict with my husband's work reared it's ugly head. My TA was able to talk Disney into honoring a code for this new week, but we had to move our reservation to WL where there was availability.
My question - if Disney comes out with more codes soon, and I'm able to switch back to AKL as initially planned, is it best to book a one-night stay for 4/16, and then book the other 6 nights seperately, so we're not stuck with the different season's rates? Or, does it even matter if you have a code?
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
