Booking a reservation at 7 Month Mark???

Hi all - I'm sure this questions has been asked many times before but I'm looking for advice on how to handle this. Not quite sure how to do this.

I'm looking to book at the 7 month mark for non home resort. Being I'm looking for a certain resort and room type I would like to be able to log onto and (hopefully) make a reservation for the 1st day that I am eligible to. But from what I understand I can book up to 6 more additional days? I need to eventually book 11days. How do I do this? Do I make the 1st 7 days reservation then try modifying each day after that until I get the full days? Can you modify an existing reservation online? Do my questions make sense?!?!?! Thanks so much in advance for your help!

You book the first seven days of your trip. then you call MS back the next day to add the eighth night. Call again to add the ninth, until you have all the nights you need.

You cannot modify a reservation online. You can only make one or cancel one.

If you were booking at 11 months out, you could wait until four nights after you booked and add all four that you need. But with seven months, other people can get those nights you need in between. And you might still not get all four extra nights calling each day.
