Booking a Placeholder cruise

I booked a Placeholder when we last sailed, the first placeholder we have had since all the rules changed. When I am ready to truly choose a sailing date, it looks like I will need to call DCL to do so. I don't see how I can book it online. Is that correct or am I missing something?

Your placeholder is an existing reservation and has it's own reservation number. You needed to call DCL to have that placeholder moved to the new cruise you want.

Yes I can confirm that you need to call DCL. I did this for the first time approximately a month ago.

If you choose to use a Travel Agent, they can also take care of assigning it to an actual cruise reservation for you
