Booking A Disney Hotel on Hotels.com

Does anyone know if I still get free ground transportation if I book a Disney owned hotel on Hotels.com?

It doesn't matter how/where you book your WDW resort stay. As long as you're staying at a Disney resort on-site, you are eligible to use the Disney Magical Express service.

I just booked via a different site, cheaptickets, and used this link after booking:

A couple of days after entering my info I received a confirmation and approval email.
