I first started calling Costco travel at 10:00 AM. After several hold times and 3-4 call backs I finally updated our 2 placeholders and hung up the phone just after 8:00 PM. Calling DCL directly might have been faster but I was stuck with the Costco bottleneck. The website was not working right all day for me either... kept getting errors logging in. But all is well now, eventually we got the stateroom we wanted but man that was painful...I hope you get through. I waited over 2 hours first thing this morning only to mistakenly have the call drop. When I called back the line quoted 362 minutes. They picked up at the 70min mark. I was shocked!
My biggest frustration was that it then took two hours to get two placeholders converted to rooms. My agent had to call their help desk twice to resolve system issues. It was extremely frustrating.
