We are closing on a resale and are interested in booking 3 studios for a long weekend. If we have enough points is there any problem with bringing extended family with us and putting the other 2 rooms in their name?

There should be no problem at all as long as you have at least one adult listed for each room. When you call to make reservations have all your info ready to give to the person you talk to. You need to give the names of who will be in the rooms, whether they are adults or children, an address for the primary person on each reservation and a phone number for that person.
