Booking 2018 tomorrow ?

Okay, so the way I understand it is today Platinium and Gold can book via phone. And Silver and down can book starting tomorrow, 2/23/17. If that by phone only? If so, when will you be able to book online too.

Basically, anyone can book tomorrow. I believe it opens at 8:00am (eastern time). Either online or by phone.
