Hi,
I have a question of something I've never dealt with before.
Friends of ours are going to WDW for his 50th birthday.
They are staying at the All Star Movies for a week.
They have already booked the room and their flights
before telling us. So their dates are fixed.
As a gift I am booking them into the WLV for 2 or 3 nights with our DVC points, during that stay. To give them a room they normally couldn't afford.
(ideally I would have added the 2 nights to the end of their trip to
give them a couple of extra days but they booked before I could)
My question is, since they won't be staying in the All Stars for 2 or 3 nights, should they do anything specific so they don't accidently get checked out?
Because they will need to return for a night or two before their trip is over.
Should they tell All Stars they will not be there for those nights?
Should they just leave some luggage there?
Should they leave a note for the maid so they don't check them out by accident?
(don't really want to advertise they will be gone from the room for 3 days but don't want them checked out either.)
