Booking 12/27/03 Eastern

We're thinking of booking the 12/27/03 Eastern cruise, thinking it might be fun to be afloat for the New Year. I'm planning on waiting until I'm on board the Wonder to book, so I can get teh $200 credit. Do you think rates will jump up that much in the next month and a half? After I book, I plan on transfering the ressie to Dreams to get their rebate as well. Any advice would be appreciated!!
