You can ring virgin and ask, thats what we did:)

Other Disboard posters have said they have encountered difficulties getting this from Virgin but when we've requested it for DME it's always been straightforward.

I didnt need a reservation number when I booked my ADRs, I just told them my name and what hotel I was staying in. Also, my advice is don't book all of your meals, you may find that when you get there you decide to change plans and do different things than you originally thought. You will still be able to get reservations when you are there so don't worry about it all being booked up. I went last Christmas which is the busiest time and we made ADRs when we were there for the next day or just went to restaurants without one and never had a problem. :goodvibes

I've decided that it's easiest to make the ADRs I expect to want but then I consider adjustments when there. The advantage to this is that I'll have a reservation for a time that works and can choose to keep it or cancel it if my plans have changed. 17 days is a long time though.

I don't think you will need this for your ADR's, we needed it last year for ME, had some difficulty getting it from Virgin, eventually I selected the Frequent Virgin option on the phone, and they gave it to me straight away without a problem.

Thanks for the replys sounds like its worth trying virgin for the number as i will have to have half a days holiday to book the adrs as it will be 12 noon when i can start booking or do you think that it would be allright to wait until 4.30 to start booking?

I think the only one that must be booked the minute it opens is the Princess storybook one in MK (cant remember its proper name!). If you are just booking for restaurants like Crystal Palace, Sci-fi for example then they can be booked at anytime, you could book them days before and you would still get in.

Yes to get Cinderella Royal Table used to be a struggle unless you booked dead on the 180 day mark but since the price increase I believe it is alot easier. I booked for NYE at the 180 day mark, even though we were staying on site and could of booked a couple of days before due to arrival date I didn't and was still ok for the time and restaurant we wanted.
