Booked with thomas cook - need advice re tickets please!!!

we have booked our disney trip with thomas cook/airtours. On our last visit to florida we collected our park tickets and hotel voucher in a building just outside arrivals at sanford airport. Could anyone advise us if this is still the case. One member of thomas cook staff has told us to see their rep in the resort (but last time we never saw a rep). Another member of staff told us that tickets would be posted before our departure from the uk.
Any help or info much appreciated, thanks in advance!

I have booked with Thomas Cook through my TA and they told me my tickets would be posted to me.

Hiya

We have just come back from 2 weeks with TC.

Your hotel voucher will be included in the little booklet you collect from the TA. The booklet also includes your flight vouchers.

Bring your invoice with you and you collect your park ticket "voucher" from the little room opposite the arrivals lounge at Sanford (across the road). I must admit I wasnt best pleased about having to pick up my park tickets vouchers like this, but it was relatively painless in the end, and took under 10 mins in total to get them after arrival.

Exchanging the voucher at Disney was easy - although time consuming - but i think that was more to do with the elderly CM than the voucher!
